So today is a really good day for me, and for the hip hop industry. My favorite artist, Common released his 8th album entitled, Universal Mind Control. Entirely produced by The Neptunes & Mr. Dj, this album has a great sound and direction. It's fun, its uplifting, its groovy. I just feel like this is the kind of music that needs to be on our ears. A true breath of fresh air. I love Common's ambition and drive to do something different, and no matter what he puts out, his music is always from the soul and super good.
